"Totem"

It is with great pride that we present a recently completed oil painting by Azerbaijani artist, Fidan Kim.

Ms. Kim is a classically trained painter whose paintings evoke the surreal nature of life as seen through the feminine perspective.

“Magical World” depicts the woman artist that taught Fidan how to paint as she sits within her art studio pondering g the castle emerging from the large book on her table. The world around her is not subject to scientific properties such as gravity and linear space. Birds fly out of the castle, artist’s pallets float above her while birds of imagination fly to the stars through the roof.

This is original oil on canvas, signed, completed in 2020 with an image dimension of 58 x 47 inches; just arrived at our West Hollywood, gallery, the painting is currently unframed.
